Humanities

The humanities include honors-level classes in english, history, and foreign language. Course content is integrated so that students read works in english that relate directly to the historical period they study in history. Faculty take their commitment to interdisciplinary study further by occasionally serving as guest instructors in other classes. As an example, history instructor, Lou Tanner, might work with theater students to help develop the historical backdrop for a play.
